3rd Annual Arts and Heart 5K & Health Fair Returns to Orlando
Hebni Nutrition Consultants announces the 3rd Annual Arts and Heart 5k & Health Fair, which will take place Saturday, April 19, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Lake Lorna Doone Park in Orlando. This community-focused event combines fitness, wellness resources, and local artistry to promote healthier living for residents of the 32805 zip code and surrounding communities.
The Arts and Heart 5k invites participants of all fitness levels to enjoy an invigorating run or walk around the beautiful Lake Lorna Doone Park. Following the 5k, attendees can explore a comprehensive health resource area featuring wellness experts offering valuable information on nutrition, fitness, and mental health.
“This 5k event is my favorite event we do! I love to see how the community comes out and is encouraged towards healthier living,” said Glen Providence from Hebni Nutrition.
